Support

To contact Support tap the  icon in the upper right hand corner of the Console. A dropdown menu will appear.

You can also access Support by tapping the More Options icon at the bottom of the Console...

Contact Support Screen

The Contact Support Screen offers helpful tips prior to sending a request to ensure you get the answer you need as soon as possible.

 

  1. Check Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to see if your question may have already been answered.
  2. Check to see if there have been any updates that include new features and/or bug fixes.
  3. Submit one request at a time: You can submit multiple requests, but they must be done individually. Do not bundle all your requests under a single ticket. It makes it extremely difficult for us to track and respond.
  4. Write in English as it is presently the only language used by our support team.

 

To check the FAQs, recent updates or to Contact Support tap the appropriate button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you select the reason for your inquiry, you'll be asked to complete the following fields: Name, Email, Summary of your issue, as well as a Description of the problem. You can also choose to attach any data or files you feel are necessary (logs are sent by default to aid the support team).

Once complete tap the Send  icon. You'll know your request has been submitted when this pop-up appears.
