Browsing Existing Records

Browse Records allows you to both view and edit previously entered records. To view all the entries for a particular vehicle, start by tapping the Browse Records icon.

 

 

The Browse Records screen will appear.

 

 

Scroll down to view additional records. Tap and hold a selection to view details, make edits or delete a record.

 

 

You can also tap the  icon to view additional options, including Search & Filter, Export, and Sort (Ascending/Descending).

 

 

1) Search & Filter

• This allows you to customize and search records based on key criteria. Enter your desired criteria, then select Browse, Statistics or Charts to view the results.

 

            

 

2) Export

• To learn how to export your data as a csv or html file click here.

3) Sort Ascending (or Descending)

• Records are sorted according to date and can be toggled to display the most recent or oldest record based on user preference.
